I just bought some today since i have been hearing a lot about it lately specifically on The Today Show and Dr. Oz. I hear it is good for nausea, which i suffer from a lot but it is also good for ibs symptoms and reduces inflammation. Just wondering if anyone has tried it and how it worked. I am going to try it since it can't hurt anything but still hoping for a something good.

I have tried it - lead to gingery burps and very little else I'm afraid! Be worth trying for the IBS side of things though. I didn't continue for long as am in a rather long flare up at the moment!

New stuff: GERD, Recurrent cystitis/Overactive bladder

Someone here mentioned ginger for healing stomach issues. I often keep a bag of ginger snaps in my car, and eat a few on my way to places after lunch. I also sometimes drink ginger tea.
