Hi there,

I haven't had any surgery, my only suggestion is for you to put a subject on your post. Ppl who have received this procedure might be able to reply back faster.
Diagnosed with GERD/IBS in 2007. However, my symptoms are most similar to LPR. I am still unsure of the IBS diagnosis.

Currently I am taking a natural approach to my symptoms since July 2011.

You're still healing inside. It took me until month 4 to feel human again.

Make sure you're following the diet and exercise guidelines:
liquids for 2-3 weeks
soft foods 2-3 weeks
slowly introduce solids leaving raw veggies, soft breads, and steak for last around month 3 or 4.

Don't lift anything over 5lbs for six weeks, then slowly add more each week until you feel no discomfort.
