Because of some current stressful situations, I haven't been eating much over the past 2 weeks.
I've had maybe if I'm lucky, 2-3 meals and munched on things in between (apple fritter - donut, bad, I know, but I need food)
Anyways, I don't find myself so hungry, usually one meal a day used to cut it for me for years and years...
So I'm not sure what to think here.
Do I wait for my endoscopy which is to be done in late June and see what the Gastro Doc says?
Because my throat feels tight a lot, daily... I can almost bet the after taste in my mouth is acid from my stomach creeping up.
Whenever I take a HALLS (honey-lemon lozenge) I feel SOOO much better.
I'm assuming it's the lozenge countering the acid?
I'm really beside myself and annoyed by all this.
I never was a big eater, ever.
AND, to top it all off, I forgot my Nexium (40mg) I believe it was 3 times this week....
Would it be ok to take 2 of them in one day to really set back the acid?
Anyways, that is all....back to stress and anxiety.
