I have read so many things on diets for gerd. I have read that gluten and diary could be contributing to problems however, on Dr Koufmans book, she says that yogurt and milk or okay. I'm really confused as to what I should be doing....
Does yogurt and dairy give any of you problems?
I also try to avoid gluten except for my Fiber One cereal in the morning which is the only thing that keeps things moving for me....TMI...sorry, but I need help here!
