best way to get calcium on acid reflux/gerd diet?

I am told the LES valve needs calcium, that we should be getting 1000mg calcium a day. If off dairy I find this very difficult. Calcium rich foods still don't have enough. I am finding calcium supplements give me reflux issues. I have tried a sea vegetable based calcium and calcium citrate. Is there a more gentle calcium I can try? If someone could advise on the most gentle calcium supplement that would be a big help.

Why are you on a dairy free diet? I find that lactose free milk and yogurt are both ok reflux-wise.
49 yrs old, IBD diagnosis in spring '01. Proctitis, gastritis, ileitis.
Currently taking Pentasa (3g/day)Colazal (9 pills/day), Sulfazine (1.5 g/day), Prevacid, folic acid, vit. D (2K iu), flax seed oil (2 tsp/day), mesalamine enema as needed. Gluten free as of 5/30/11.

I take Citrical petites, it was recommended by my doctor.
Diagnosed GERD, no other medical conditions (this one is enough)
