For the past few days my espohagus seems to be pretty sensitve. Like i can feel the cold water going down or the warm water going down into my stomach. Eating is okay. But when i swallow saliva, i can feel the indigestion from espohagus going from top to down kind of feeling. Is it call a spasm?

Could citric acid be the culprit? For the past one week, i keep washing down with organic aloe vera juice thinking it has healing properties.. to my shock, i realised they contain citric acid. Could this be the culprit or what?

Even the mag calcium also contains citric acid! But i have not started on it yet..

im already watching my diet....

I'm not in the US so I can't find George's brand. Only thing is aloe vera plants are widely available in my supermarket so maybe i can just have FRESH aloe vera everyday MINUS the citric acid!!

I would say so. Citric acid is, of course, acidic. I still avoid it.

Be careful with fresh aloe, it contains aloin which can be harmful. The processed aloe removes this. Try Amazon.com that is where I got the George's Aloe Vera.
