For months I had this weird uncomfortable feeling right below my sternum. The only thing that hurt was the acid reflux I got when I didn't keep my diet super tight (anything that wasn't fruits, vegetables, oatmeal, lean meats). Just recently I made an exception to have a nice big, heavy meal. It was BBQ Chicken, both fried and grilled, Cheesy pasta and something else that I forget (it wasn't good). After that, the uncomfortable-ness turned into a slight pain that's lasted probably 2 days now. It hurts more when I'm standing/ walking and is drastically decreased when I'm bent over. Also, I have been regurgitating my food. Everything else in my body feels fine.

Here's some additional info:
I'm 19
Always been skinny
Always been active
Never started eating healthy until I developed this problem. I was big on spicy things and sweets.
I did go to the doctor and he said I was just constipated even though I poop daily and they look healthy.

Does anyone know what could be going on?

Sounds a lot like my pain. I've had my gallbladder removed so it can't be that (for me). Had an upper GI/barium swallow and the tech said everything looked good, but I haven't met with my doc for the full report, had the nissen fundoplication 7 years ago. Wish I had answers for you, hopefully ill find out soon!

Are you taking any OTC meds?
