I have found for myself, that if I eat what causes my heartburn that I pay the price so I do not think you can avoid giving up some foods for no heartburn.
I love spicy foods and thick creamy frozen custard shakes but I have learned the hard way that I can almost guarantee I will have heartburn along with reflux.
