My favorite alternative so far is salmon with key food frozen oriental mix veggies (I have to hand pick out the red peppers) and I add 1/2 tblspn olive oil to veggies

I eat a lot of fish with rice or a yam and a green veggie like asparagus or spinach. I cook everything from scratch but I make a few days of it. This morning I had pancakes using one egg, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour and some almond milk. I lightly coated the pan with canola oil. You can substitute egg whites for the egg.

I love melons but sometimes they give me indigestion when I eat them. Same with bananas. I just started taking DGL 20 minutes before I eat and I'll see what happens. Dairy bothers me, too.

I can do shrimp, crab, lobster but not fish I don't know why although I haven't tried salmon yet I hear its not as fishy taste. Watermelon does the same to me but I can do cantelope ok and bananas. Dairy don't bother me much. Just shows how everyone is different and has to figure out their own trigger foods :-) I hope you get to feeling better soon, let me know how you're doing :-)
Thanks
