Hi pangga,
Welcome to Healing Well! Sorry to hear you're struggling.  Have you seen a doctor about your problem?  There are medications, called proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) that can help reduce acid and often, with time, can stop the kinds of problems you're describing.

Several of these medications are generic, and therefore quite affordable.  Here are some simple lifestyle changes you can make that could help:

Also, stay away from things that start your stomach problems.  Avoid acidic and spicy foods.  No alcohol until you get feeling better.

I expect that others will be by to offer suggestions and provide support.
Glad you've joined us.
Best wishes,

Hi pangga,
You are very focused on burping.  Is this because you're experiencing a lot of bloating in your stomach?  Have you tried antacids?  They are usually also anti-gas.  Another product found in the US is Gas-X, but I'm not sure how generally available it is.  The active ingredient is simethicone.

If you're getting reflux at night, and it's severe enough, the acid can reach your mouth. Don't eat for 4 hours before bedtime, and raise the head of your bed 7-8 inches (about 20 cm), which will help keep the acid in your stomach.

Good luck!  Hope you feel better soon.
