Vitamins and supplements

I just had my hernia and nf done Monday. So far recovery has been good but there are days where I'm just feeling week. I'm not sure if that's from not having a balanced diet. So what did you all do to help make sure things were balanced? Liquid vitamins? Crush them? Chew them? Something else?

liquid vitamins (B12 complex will help)
Boost drink
Protein powder drink
muscle milk
sugar free jello
ensure drink
If you like them try gerber graduates little wieners or vienna sausages. You have to nibble them but it helps get the protein in.
Also very very watery grits (thin like a soup)
Chicken or beef broth is good too.
