had the LINX 5 weeks ago. They tell me to eat SMALL meals
Very slowly. Has any one had trouble with gas and bloating with loose stools? Am I eating too much at once? I have overeaten and that is terrible Any one else?

Hi wannaflatbelly,
Welcome to Healing Well!  Small meals, and slow eating with careful chewing are recommendations for post-op LINX or Nissen.  The diarrahea/loose stools can be caused by a combination of irritation from surgery and the predominance of liquids in your diet.
I expect a LINX expert will be by soon to share their experiences with you!
