sad  I am wondering if anyone has experianced anything similar? I had my gallbladder removed and a Nissen Fundo 6 years ago. I have been doing great except my recent endo showed a tear and hernia. On Friday I had an episode of severe chest pain lasting 10 min. I was very shook up, I thought I was having a heart attack. My husband took me to urgi care, after a few test and a review of my history it was determind that it was probably something to do with my gastrointestional history. I am wondering is it the hernia that caused the pain or maybe something left of the gallbladder ducts?  Thanks for any insight!

The tear is probably causing the pain.
Depending on how bad the tear is will determine if you need to get a repair.
I'd talk with the GI and see what needs to be done. One of our moderators here suffered a tear and had to get it repaired ASAP.
