I have found Acidophilus, One cap a day or eating yogurt promotes good intestinal health. Also I just added odorless Garlic caps which helps with any inflammation as it acts like an antibacterial.Garlic helps out with colds and flu, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and ulcers as studies have found it to slow down the growth of H. pylori. Aloe Vera Juice drinking 2 ounces a day has been very healing also in my post -op recovery. Oatmeal with cherries, blue berries or raisins is a good way to start my day. Hope this helps some.
