Here are some of my tips that have helped me.
Adding Garlic Odorless oil capsule , (I take 2 1000mg caps daily.) Studies have shown that it can zoom in on H pylori and act as an antibacterial.
Honey: is "Liquid gold" It also zooms right on in H Pylori. Try eating a table spoonful of honey one hour before meals and Bedtime to help soothe your discomfort.
Yogurt, tart berries ( cranberries, cherries,) Fiber, Occasional glass of red wine all may help in warding off H Pylorie.
