To all my peers and friends here in the GERD forum - I have been MIA due to the Chemo and the severe side effects.  Right now I am under isolation precautions due to my white count bottoming out on Monday.

I must say that last night was the first time in a long time my heartburn turned up the flame to high which surprised me.  I am still taking Prilosec daily but last night I used the Rolaids and the pain subsided so no heart attack - lol.

I would like to take the time to say thank you to each of you for keeping this forum enlightening and on track.  Also my peer moderators have been holding down the fort  extremely well which is in their nature as they are living the life of GERD and know what they are talking of.

I want to tell you "Thank you,"
But it doesn’t seem enough.
Words don’t seem sufficient--
"Blah, blah" and all that stuff.
Please know I have deep feelings
about your generous acts.
I really appreciate you;
You’re special, and that’s a fact!

"Happy New Year" to Each of You and know I am here for you - my email is wide open so feel free to shoot me any message or concerns and I will respond ASAP

Here's hoping those white blood cells get in line and do their job!  I hope you're feeling better today.  I know you're anxious to get those blasted treatments behind you.  Hang in there...one treatment, one day at a time it will happen.  I'm with you in spirit...xoxox
