Which food will cause less reflux?

I have silent reflux so I am not sure what foods cause my reflux.
I am going to have a cheat day next week where I stop my anti reflux diet.
Which is likely to cause less reflux?
Hashbrowns or pancakes with syrup.
My guess is pancakes since they are not as greasy.  But white flour is not
good for the stomach either, so I am not sure.

Both are not the best for GERD. I believe that a low carb diet is better than a low fat diet. I'm not aware of any research demonstrating that a low fat diet relieves GERD symptoms. I believe that people do experience reflux following a heavy meal that probably includes quite a bit of fat, but it is often the volume of food that brings on the symptoms. You might be able to eat smaller amounts of either of those foods. The best foods are green vegetables and protein including eggs. It takes up to three days for foods to be completely digested, so you would need to track your symptoms for that long.
