Yesterday our 33 year old son called and mentioned that 2 nights this week he could not sleep because he was getting swallowing "spasms" of some kind.

For the prior 8 months, since maybe April of 2012, he has had a throat "drip" of some kind his GP says maybe be ERD caused. He is normal weight and has been on a strict anti-Gerd diet and regimen for the past months.

Any Doctor or clinic that anyone can recomend. Boston would be first choice. Any thoughts on the problem?

Sorry I'm down south. You could call around to doctors to see who they would go to for the problem.
Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Glaucoma, Asthma, Hypothyriodism, Sleep Apnea, Degenerative Disk and Facet Disease, and Allergies

When life throws you lemons....
Pick them up and throw them right back at them! :))

Dr. Braden Kuo at the MGH Heartburn and Swallowing Center. Or anyone at the MGH Center.

If theres a long wait at MGH, Dr. Tyler Berzin at Beth Israel is good as well.
