If you're still in the hospital, be sure to ask for a remedy. I'm sure there is gas trapped in there. Keep in mind that your body has been through a LOT. Organs have been move aside to clear the way for surgical tools. It's a little like sticking an egg-beater inside you. Well, that's an exaggeration, but you get my drift.
Your GI tract has been traumatized, and it will need to calm down and adjust. If it keeps bothering you, be sure to contact your doctor and see what he/she can do for you.
