So I have been very big on mustard lately due to its purported health benefits and the fact that it is another way I can get turmeric (which is being studied for its anti-cancer benefits, especially in the gastrointestinal tract as it is not absorbed well by the body).
So I thought "Hey, what is it is a bad GERD food?". I thought it just might be, because it can be spicy and a bit acidy, right?
But I wanted to share that it actually is referred to as a good anti-GERD food. Just an FYI to all my friends and fellow GERD sufferers.
Lots of info here:
Anyone else gone hardcore with mustard?
