I'm not sure if that's a commercial flavor, or if you would put real honey in ginger tea. In any case, I would recommend Throat Coat with real honey. Throat coat contains slippery elm, marshmallow root and licorice. It is slightly viscous without the honey, thicker with honey. I buy it at GNC.

My mom found the info for me and told me to buy fresh ginger root....boil it in water pour into cup add some real honey and there you go. I have had a few cups the last couple days not sure if its doing much. I will go and buy the throat coat and add some honey to try it out...I am willing to do anything at this point just want to heal.....wish there was a way to not feel the burn in my nasal area and help my throat area but i guess one step at a time~ Thanks Sunbeam~

It takes a long time to heal, several weeks.
