I have been having horrible gerd for about 2 years now. Had h pylori that was successfully cured but the acid reflux is horrible. Chest pain. Shortness of breath all from gerd. I have had heart test to rule out anything severe. Today I read about orange peel extract and decided to give it a try. I was in Prevacid but it gave me horrible heart palps so I stopped it about a year ago and have been suffering since. What are some great products for gerd and has anyone tried d-limonene 1000mg? Thanks

I tried D-limonene but it didn't help me - possibly aggravated my gastritis. The only natural supplement that has helped me at all so far is milk thistle (though not sure why). I've tried an awful lot of things but have worked out only very recently that things in tablet form aggravate my gastritis - capsules are OK.
