I want to share my input again. So I tried to apply to my daily routine about
what I have researched and still doing it for a month and I feel like my body is really improving. My daily diet includes; #1 bananas since it really kills acidity. apples, celery, cucumber and green leafy vegetables. The taste sucks and I really missed eating my fave food
Yet, it made me happy since I knew am recovering. I feel like a human being now.
Here are the foods that I avoided eating; fats, dairy, desserts, tomatoes, onions, garlic, citrus and processed foods. All kinds of processed food. Believe me or not but my burping for over 2 years disappeared. Of course, am burping after finishing a meal
before my healthy diet, I was burping hundreds of times a day. I am happy now. Occasionally, especially when I knew there was tomato ingredient in my food, also fats, am still having a heartburn. But when I only eat fruits and vegetables and have avoided all kinds of food that triggers GERD, I feel like a human being.
Also, some tips that are helping me right now are; emptying my stomach 3 hours before going to sleep, elevating my head when sleeping, eating lean meat, no milk; pure cows milk is really good though. not recommending taking any kind of processed food. No chocolate, ice cream. I do yoga regularly and I keep my body active and most especially, avoid stress. I hope this helps. This is helping me a lot.
