Thankyou for your response. Fortunately, I don't have reflux when I go to bed. I wake up and usually feel not too bad. Its only when I try eating anything. Great idea keeping track in a journal.Have you heard of Potter's Acidosis? Supposedly it is an effective treatment for the sphinster valve. As in helping to heal it so it closes properly. Only available in England. Would be great if it is true. Sooner or later it will make its way here. I hope!
I also think keeping track of our ph levels may assist. By counteracting acidic foods with consuming larger amounts of non alkaline foods. Its easy to get the lists of both . Like you say we are not doctors and many of us suffer different versions of the same disorder. For more info on some of the things I'm trying you can see it on an old post because I am new to this and hit post a reply instead of post new.
