smilewinkgrin  Had my surgery 10/31/12,feel very bad about people with so many problems when I had none after 1 month. My only big problem I had in hospital was incompetant nurses! Fortunately I did my Homework other wise I'd have been in sad shape.I had an excellent Dr and he let me go after 1 day.I was bad and only went for one followup. No one can figure out why my diabetes disappeared and probably going to totally eliminate the HBP meds.No more reflux or meds,Ilost the urge to overeat and crave carbs and sugar! I can eat any thing but have no desire to do it.I did'nt lose a whole bunch of weight so everything is still a big mystery! I wish everyone good luck and to find a great Dr like I did.

Welcome to the wrapped club!

Other than my 1st nissen, that was done wrong, I haven't had any real issues either. But I was expecting the worse since my 1st one was horrible. I think surgeon skill has a lot to do with it.

It's good to hear your other issues are getting better. Sometimes a bit of weight loss and better eating habits can make a big difference.

Take care,
Bill
