What are you eating? In my experience a low carb diet is most effective in relieving heartburn. I follow the Fast Tract diet for Heartburn, which is also low fiber. Try a couple of days eating just non-starchy vegetables, cheese, eggs and meat. Fats are also OK.

I would stop eating meat and spices, if I were you. Try bananas, pears, oatmeal, toasted bread, eggs, chicken and fish (with only salt), potatoes, carrots, cabbage. These can be appealing if you know you will not suffer acid reflux after you eat.
There is no reason to avoid carbohydrates and a strong reason to avoid red meat because it stimulates acid production. I hope you are already avoiding alcohol and coffee and chocolate. Tea can also cause symptoms. Also avoid high fat meals. You are on so many meds that they should be giving you relief. But maybe you are eating foods that cause problems.
Does your doctor know about all of your meds? Have you had an upper endoscopy?
Good luck.
