Hello all :)

i am 2 weeks post op today and im doing well, ive not had any serious side effects, im burping a lot more but its better than the other option :).

However 2 of my incisions have not healed properly and they are still leaking, i went back to my GP yesterday and they have sent a swab off to test for an infection, i should get results on tuesday afternoon.

i still seem to tire very quickly, ive got another week off work so hopefully i will feel better.

cheers

Hi Stu,
I can't remember if I ever formally welcomed you to yeah yeah yeah Wrapped Club! yeah yeah yeah If not, consider yourself welcomed!  At two weeks, you're in the midst of peak swelling of your wrap.  Sometimes it can make you pretty uncomfortable and make swallowing more difficult and uncomfortable.  It's very common, though, and not something to worry about

Sorry to hear your incisions are giving you problems.  Hopefully they're not infected, but just healing from the inside out.  Good luck!

Happy healing!
