There's one thing that you post brought to mind. I'm not sure if your doctors have given you specific guidance for taking your PPIs. Most don't, in my experience. Here's a great article I came across that will help you make the most of your PPI and other acid reducing medication. Check it out:
I read it after having taken PPIs for many years and learned a lot. Check it out and see what you think.
If you can get your PPIs to be more effective by taking them correctly, you might just get more relief.
