I'm very much interested in the Linx but I know a lot of insurance companies are not covering it. I'm curious if anyone has heard anything about when the Linx will be more widely available and no longer considered experimental. Maybe a few more years?

Hi mattinthehat2502,

Welcome to HealingWell!

In response to your question...

I would think that it all depends on the safety and efficacy of the Linx - certainly anything is possible in a few years yet sometimes you have no choice but to make a decision. Many insurance companies consider it to be experimental until the hard data from controlled studies are in and peer reviewed.

It's a tough call, I know.

Hope this helps,

GM
