How do you get rid of the Globus sensation caused by reflux?

That is the one thing I cannot stand ! I mean when I burp it relieves it for while, then around 10 seconds later it comes right back ! it is soo annoying, the best part of my day is when I sleep coz i dont feel that thing !!

Please anyone, give me soe sort of steps to get rid of it ! Im heard akaline Ph8.8 kills pepsin, and Im looking for that lol, and I heard arnica montanna heals the tissues back to normal if the larynx is damaged ?

any tips much appreciated? smilewinkgrin Im a 23 yr old male, 6ft 2 170 pounds,

Hi Viper,
Fortunately, I've never had the globus sensation in my throat.  I did go online to look for some information and ideas, and came up with this webpage:
It looks like it may have some things to try at least!
I'm sure others will be by to share their own experiences and ideas.
Glad you've joined us!

Its so annoying man !!! I want it to go away permanently and I never want it to come back!

It plays with your head ! I lost my temper a few times over it, and I rage ! I refuse to take any sort of anti depressants !! too risky

Viper,
I know how you feel, it will make you go insane! I also consume things that sooth my throat, they help some. Soothing things i use....manuka honey (warm water as tea), aloe vera, dgl, liquid mag/cal with d3. Some days it's mild, others it feels like someone is choking me with a golf ball.

Viper,
Hey, anytime no problem! Yes, dyglyserised licorice (dgl), I'll take 3 or 4 tablets 20 min before meals or anytime to try to sooth but I lean toward the aloe and manuka. Good luck!
