Fast track question for sunbeam or others

I seem to be struggling with putting weight on.....what kind of fats are you eating to maintain your weight? I eat all day but still can't put any on or I still lose some (like the koufman diet).

I struggle to maintain my weight also. I am doing a combo of the kaufman and fast track because I can't afford to lose any more weight. Almonds are good, I do eat those, but you have to be careful of the fiber content of those too. Sunbeam eats alot of cheese I think, which I eat in moderation because I am a bit sensitive to dairy. I am still eating russett potatoes, jasmine rice, asian rice crackers, soy ice cream because I need the carbs. These are all low fermentation potential foods but they are still carbs.
GERD Moderator; Diagnosed GERD, no other medical conditions (this one is enough) ; Gluten free since 2012; low dairy since 2012

Same here, I seem to be doing a fast track/koufman combo. I do eat alittle cheese but I'm careful with dairy also, maybe I'll have to add in some russett taters.....I need the carbs badly!

Doggbones and Erica, coconut oil is the healthiest kind of fat available, according to numerous sources. I love those potatoes cooked in coconut oil. Fast Tract author Norm Robillard recommends this.

I've been following the Fast Tract Diet for a while and have maintained my weight. I snack a lot on sunflower seeds, almonds and almond butter. I've found a really good goat cheddar cheese (i don't do regular cow cheese) and I eat that with 'Rice Thins' crackers. I'm also very liberal with butter on my veggies.

I'm hooked on Raw Chocolate Brownies - made with dates, cocoa and walnuts and coconut oil. They don't trigger any LPR symptoms for me. And I'm sure they 're loaded with calories.
