over the last 4-5 months i have been having on and off problems with ,
nose infection(got nose spray from doctors)5 months back
sinus and ear pressure where i got to blow my ears out
feels like food is stuck in throat
feeling dizzy and
normally its not bothered me that much as thought i got just post nasal drip from nose infection ,and after few days goes away then comes back now and again ,but only had 1-2 heartburn bouts thats lasted 10 mins in that time .

i been feeling ok for last 2 weeks but

3 days back after a night of the beer , i woke up to a burning sensation in my throat and chest just where the throat goes under the bone area of your chest (sturum i think its called ) ,that did not go away i was getting ear pressure now and again , well the burning was low to mild coming and going but was always there been consistent over last 3 days more when i moved about and walked been hard to sleep ,and sometimes mild chest ache in the middle just below throat top of chest is that goes to the my back as well as does the burning , ,but most concerning thing i got is when i walk or am active for a few mins or more or bend down , i get the burning that intense from throat to back, after a rest it goes down to just an ache low burning ), i been taking antacid 3 a day and pain pills not been to doctors yet got appointment in 4 days time ,,
is this acid reflux ?? i out my wits end wondering if its my heart and few times be thinking going to er but i got no insurance , i been reading it could be or something else as i am getting worried what it could be .
ty for listening

PO, welcome to the forum. Sorry about your pain.

We're definitely not doctors here, so we can't diagnose. I would suggest that anyone who has chest pain for three days ought to see a doctor. No matter how young you are, you always want to have your heart checked out.

If a night of beer is not a terribly unusual thing you could have stomach ulcers which would need medical attention.

You may need antibiotics for the sinus infection. Don't blow your nose too hard, as you can force it up into your inner ears.

Sorry we can't come up with something cheap, but seeing a family doctor really isn't all that expensive as a start. Generally cheaper than emergency room.
