Hi all, there have been no issues with erosion of linx as of yet. My question is how does one determine if any erosion has taken place? Does imaging equipment catch this?

Also how do you think is the long-term possibility of linx erosion, like 10-20 years?

I think linx has only been done for about 5 yrs or so. That is (for me) the main reason way I would hold of on linx for now. I just want yo know what happens 10 to 20 yrs down the road also.

Titanium has been used in other implants such as hip replacements and teeth for years. Is anyone aware of erosion problems in those implants?
