I would try backing off my diet and eat small, 1/4 to 1/2 cup meals a few times a day. also go back to easier foods. Avoid solid meats and soft bread, ground meat is okay. toast is okay as it can be chewed to a liquid.
I am thinking you have advanced your diet to fast and your body is telling you this. this recovery is a marathon and it takes a few months to get anywhere near normal.
Eating much smaller, but frequent meals isn't as hard on your stomach. Carbonated and very cold drinks can cause some stomach issues also for a while. I found that picking 1 type of food at each meal helped things settle down, like a protein than a carb for the next and maybe a combo of both added slowly. I also found fresh fruit to be easier too.
