for the people who find relief from laryngeal sensory neuropathy using a tricyclic antidepressant. I was wondering if the neuropthic response is immediate or does it take a month or two to notice that your LPR pain is reducing?

I currently have been on elavil 25 mg for 3 weeks and haven't noticed a change in my pain tolerance or any uplifting in my emotions yet... although, I do feel tired more often.
