Hi everyone I'm new here and have finally gotten somewhat of a decent diagnosis from my GI doctor that I've been seeing for roughly 1 year.

My symptoms that I experience on a daily basis are:
-nausea/vomiting primarily during the morning when I wake up
-severe stomach pains
-weight loss

I have tried a variety of GERD medications:

My recent GI appt (today 6/26) was to discuss the results of the 24 hr ph test, along with colonoscopy and endoscopy biopsies. I've had the following tests/procedures done:
-barrium x-ray
-abdominal ct scan
-head ct
-24 hour urine test
-stool tests
-2 colonoscopies
-2 endoscopies
-pill cam
-24 hr ph test
-lots of blood work

All tests came back normal except a few.
The CT scan showed benign Pneumatosis Intestinalis (gas in the bowel wall)
Both colonoscopies showed nodule-type bumps which were ruled to be the gas bubbles shown in the CT
My first endoscopy showed mild gastritis, my recent one showed that the prevacid was working with that.

My 24 ph tests were a ph of 6%?? I'm not too sure what that means, I also had 92 episodes of reflux.
My GI has now decided to put me on Nexium and see if that helps. I also take IBS medication for the diarrhea. My question is, what do those numbers mean? Have you guys had any luck with Nexium?
