How many have of you have had this or any of you who haven't?
I'm at 6-7 months post Fundo now and still getting them, it's so annoying. They don't really hurt, it's just like a long hiccup that also feels like reflux and at first I worried it was reflux. They start the second I wake up in the morning but are generally worse after food. Liquids are fine, it's just food. Grrrr shocked

Hi, I am 7 days post Nissens now, and have started with spasms, it feels like my throat just closes off, like I'm being strangled!! Seems indiscriminate too, not specific to liquids or solids! Afterward it hurts a little to swallow. Not nice!

I will be 5 months tomorrow and I still have them as well. Truly uncomfortable. Cant really figure out the pattern it all depends on the day or maybe it depends on what I day yesterday.

Something warm to drink usually will help with this. Cold will make them worse.

Before eating try drinking something warm first and wait a few minutes before eating.

Take care,
