Welcome to Healing Well! Sorry to hear you're struggling. I can remember times when I had a bad reflux episode and I'd feel it in my jaw. I think it's pretty common with a full-blown reflux response. I expect that it varies from person to person, but it's definitely something I've experienced.
It's a good thing that you've followed up with heart workups, as you don't want to assume anything. I have definitely had reflux feel just like the symptoms described in heart attack. Better safe than sorry, though! It's always best to follow up the way you did. Way to go!
