I am a long-time sufferer of GERD, hiatal hernia, and heart palpitations (SVT, PVCs, etc.)  The heart palpitations are directly connected to GERD, bloating, etc.  Dx through endoscopy (including h-pylori).

Has anyone tried juicing green drink first thing in morning and/or digestive enzymes (minus HCI)?

CPA-Kim. Some of the other topics on this forum mention that heart palpitations are caused BY PPI 's. don't know if this would apply to you. Just thought i'd mention it.

I drink fresh raw vegetable smoothies made in Nutribullet almost every day. This is to boost vitamin, antioxidants and raw enzymes. I really prefer chewing my food but the blenderized ones allow me to consume greater amounts of the raw greens like spinach, kale, romaine. I add banana and /or apple and water to make it more palatable. I prefer doing it this way instead of just 'juicing' as I consume the whole vegetable, not just the juice.

I also grow my own sprouts . This is wonderful as I don't have access to a garden space.

Thanks.

Actually, my PPI (Aciphex) helps with the heart palpitations as goes Gaviscon. I have a heart arrhythmia that cannot be ablated (SVT) and when the reflux gets bad, the arrhythmia gets bad, along with frequent PVCs.

I eat 100% organic and am trying to follow the book, "Dropping Acid." I have some food allergies (milk, eggs, wheat, corn, peanuts) so this has been a challenge.
