Can't understand why linx can't do with failed nissen

If a nissen fails or a wrap is loose, LES is intact. Why linx can't be implanted to an intact LES?

Have you contacted Torax yourself about this? Perhaps your insurance won't cover it, but if you paid yourself maybe they would give it a try?

It's always worth asking?

I think the reason is because with the wrap or after a wrap is taken down there is scar tissue. That scar tissue probably would not allow the linx device to work properly.
Unless you were to have a severe injury tearing the LES or surgery to remove it everyone's LES should be intact should be intact, it ,ay not stay shut though.

Since it is relatively new, I suspect they only want to implant this on people who are perfect candidates for it to reduce failures.
