I have problems sleeping through the night because GERD wakes me up every 1-3 hours. I'm trying to stay away from prescriptions because I am so sensitive to many of them. I have found that baking soda in water helps (1/2 teaspoon baking soda to 2 cups of water) but still I wake up 2-3 times each night with Gerd issues. Any Suggestions?
During the day hours, I'm find that drinking a Lemonade Mixture (Lemonade with sugar, not other sweeteners plus water (1/3 Lemonade to 2/3 water) seems to keep my stomach under control.
