I decided to post this here instead of in my journal because I really would like some advice.

I am feeling super sick to my stomach today. I am thinking that it was my rice pudding and cream cheese on a bagel that did it, either the dairy or maybe I ate too much. I am 6 wks out from my Nissen Fundo and dont want to vomit and damage my wrap. WHY oh WHY did i eat the dairy?!?!?!?!

I took a zofran and am sucking on a ginger candy but I still feel really disgusting. Short of going to the hospital, does anyone have any advice for me to help battle the nausea?

Thanks!!!!!
Steph
