I have been actively trying to attack this issue for many years. The problem started when I was literally starving in college. I think going for days with no food and then overheating, like any starving animal would tend to do, caused the hiatal hernia to really turn into a problem.
At the end of the day, the problem is that my stomach doesn't close. I weighed 49 lbs less, basically a stick figure, and the problem just got worse and worse. I'm not optimistic at all about
weight loss have any effect.
This forum doesn't allow me to read posts while I'm replying so I can't intelligibly reply to all of your comments, but I will say that the diaphragm breathing is the only remaining treatment that I have not beaten into the ground with no results.
I will retread your list and work on the issues. Thanks for the response.
