Welcome to the Healing Well
I'm sorry to hear that you've been suffering for so long, and that your pain is increasing. Your post-Nissen experience seems pretty unique. I've participated in this forum since my surgery in February 2009, and it's the first time I've heard about
anything like the pain you're experiencing.
It's normal to have pain during the recovery period, but once that's over, pain should be over. You said docs don't know what's going on. I know how frustrating that must be.
Have you traveled to a center that specializes on upper GI issues? Have you been tested for gallbladder disease? The pain you're describing sounds suspiciously like the pain experienced with gallbladder issues. There is an answer out there. Get second, third, and fourth opinions. I know it's an uphill battle, but someone out there can help you.
Hang in there!
