That very well could be the case. If you're not hydrating properly and getting enough nutrients from your (still careful) diet, you will definitely feel the downstream effects of that in your muscles. And since your legs naturally are starved for circulation while you sit behind a desk all day (I had the same problem when I went back to work...but I stayed out for 4 weeks). Bananas are loaded with potassium and will definitely help with any muscle issues...and they go down fairly easy :)
