I just stopped my Prilosec for my bravo next week. Feeling very strange having new symptoms. My chest tightness is much worse, throat hurts feels like closing but the worse part I feel like I can't swallow (never had that one before). Before I would occasionally have lump in the throat but this weird swallowing issue made me take  pepcid in the afternoon. Any thoughts why and advice how I should make it before and during the test. Any thoughts are appreciated Anna.

All sound like normal reflux symptoms if thats any consolation. I dont really have any good coping strategies except try and keep your mind off it, and remember its only until the tests done then you can go back on the medication.

Rebound from stopping PPIs can cause worse symptoms than you had before starting the PPIs.

Take care,

Now on top of everything I can't breathe and I feel really bad tightness in chest pressure and stinging in throat. Why does It have to be this week. It scares me...
