I highly recommend reducing your diet down to something similar to a detox diet, as in bland, simple food like sweet potato, apples, broth, stuff like that. See what happens. Then add foods.
Honestly, you sound like you may have food sensitivities. I'd look into it. I have a sister with extreme sensitivities and she has reduced her diet to a few items and has been fine now for 15-20 years. She's 46 years old and looks 30. Extremely healthy now that she's tweaked her diet.
