Yes, fruits & veg's are good for us, but tolerating them may vary per individual. I personally usually only eat green apples but may have a couple of grapes on occasion. I also tolerate string beans quite well. I love collards & broccoli, but they happen to bother me on occasion, so may only have an extremely small portion if eaten at all. I drink Rice milk because whole milk bothers me.
You just have to figure out what your body likes & will tolerate and stick w/it....Stay away from foods that don't agree w/your system.
