Call your doctor. What you are experiencing will be preventable. I'm not a great advocate of sayings but the Buddhist phrase of 'permanence is an illusion' is a mantra that I often hold on to in times like this. You will heal, you will get better, things will change but when you're in the place you currently occupy this can be difficult to accept. Phone, text, visit, book an appointment - whatever your prefer, but be proactive: this in itself will lift your mood.
