No spices
Minimum possible carbs, fat and citrus fruits.
Sometimes take yogurt for probiotics (can't regularly i think it gives me bloating.)
trying to avoid vegetables like pea ETC, as they also cause bloating.
moderation in food and small meals. I think i have lactose intolerance but sometimes take a glass of milk as it is good for acidity.
I'm addicted to tea so trying to cut back on that too.
PPI's
So what else to do?
Some light exercise people with GERD And bloating can do without making things worse?

Forced burping and acid coming to mouth, bloating increasing day by day. Lansoprazole not doing any good except making burping forced rather than automatic like before. I think the only thing that can control acid stomach is strict diet control.

Was dxd and treated in 2003. Suffered for years. Treated for peptic ulcer disease. Lost my gallbladder. Had possible IBS. Migraines. Sinus infections. Melanoma. Lung nodules.

In 2005 I began a total health make over. Began eating organic. Stopped sugar. Organic wine free of sulphites/sulphates only. NO fluoride in water. Filtered water only *purchase counter top Seychelle pitcher to remove fluoride/chlorine. Shower filters to remove chlorine.

Etc. Many infraRed Saunas. Just a total makeover and BAM! no more pain. I became ill just while drinking water. It was awful.

Had so many meds. That did absolutely nothing but drain my bank account. Doc visits. Oh, you name it.

None of them told me to change my diet. Just brushed me off and handed me a bunch of scripts.

I eat a variety of veggies, celtic salt *in water, too -- lemonade I make myself. Apple cider vinegar with filtered water and honey (bit of ginger and ceylon cinnamon!)

My pizza is home made or gluten free with organic items. Trying to perfect a TexMex Pizza. Love my chili powder. Hot peppers. Avocado. Grass fed/finished beef.

Fermented kraut and veggies have been amazing, for me.

I drink herbal healing teas - organic as much as can be - for digestion.

Sleep on my back with double firm pillows.

Haven't experienced ANY issues since 2005. Was it my diet causing it?

Hope you all find relief soon. I know what you go through. :)
